What would be your responsibilities, you ask?


  • Conducting comprehensive and in-depth personality assessment for the purposes of the selection process and development potentials assessments, which includes:
  • Using standardized professional psychometric tools for personality assessment
  • Conducting in-depth behavioral and situational interviews
  • Conducting different situational exercises and applying creative and innovative methods in order to gain in-depth insights into candidates' work and development potential
  • Providing an expert opinion on whether the candidate being assessed within the selection process meets the company's hiring criteria
  • Continuously designing and creating new and innovative approaches in talent assessment, using proven and scientific methods
  • Reporting on the Talent Assessment process and candidate profiles in a pragmatic, credible, and business understandable manner
  • Providing expert advice to management and/or HR for key processes, such as creating Individual Development Plans for employees, their Career Development, and Performance Management


Qualifications needed for this role:


  • Master's Degree in Psychology
  • Expertise in psychological test interpretation, interviewing, and profiling: unambiguous understanding in terms of using / not using certain assessment methodologies, why and how we integrate them, etc.
  • IT industry and global environment experience will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Decision-making, analytical and strategic capabilities
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Having a business acumen that enables you to understand the role and requirements and the high-performing work context
  • Adaptability to adjust and keep pace in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Strong professional maturity, integrity, and the ability to respect other people's diversified cultural backgrounds and unique sets of experiences in the workplace
